Amani Law is led by Amani Bashay, a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and the Director of Amani Law Limited.
Amani’s practice focuses on refugee protection and immigration law. She works closely with clients to understand their circumstances, prepare clear evidence, and guide them through important stages of the immigration process.
Many clients come to Amani Law during stressful and uncertain times. Amani understands that refugee and immigration matters can involve fear of return, family separation, trauma, language barriers, and complex legal issues. Her approach is careful, respectful, and client-focused.
Amani is also an approved Legal Aid provider for refugee and protected person matters, assisting eligible clients who need legal representation.
